A Cake for a Wedding That Almost Didn’t Happen…
The wedding date was the day after the Iranian UAVs incident, and by morning we still didn’t know if the wedding would take place. I continued working on the cake as if everything was normal, and the next day I received confirmation from Shir that the wedding was on. Another small victory!
This elegant two-tiered cake, covered in white fondant, features edible pearls, a romantic and sparkling floral stencil on the sides, a golden monogram, and arrangements of natural flowers in shades of pink, purple, and burgundy.
