The Majestic Wedding Cake
Nine tiers, 2 meters tall, countless hours of work, hundreds of handcrafted sugar flowers, and one delighted bride who saw her dream come true.
The cake’s sides were covered in fondant with diagonal stripes, and from the top cascaded a waterfall of hundreds of sugar flowers, created by a dedicated team over weeks in the studio. The real challenge was transporting and assembling the cake in the desert, but what wouldn’t we do to make the bride’s big day special?
